When seating is limited
A private stream can extend an intimate church or chapel ceremony to invited guests without changing the experience inside the room.
Live wedding streaming
A professionally planned wedding livestream gives invited family and friends a clear view and clear sound when they cannot attend in person. Add it to a wedding collection or book focused ceremony coverage.
Where streaming can help
A private livestream gives invited family and friends a simple way to watch the ceremony when seating, distance, or travel makes attending difficult.
A private stream can extend an intimate church or chapel ceremony to invited guests without changing the experience inside the room.
Family and friends can follow the ceremony from home when travel, timing, or personal circumstances keep them from attending.
The process
Venue rules, sightlines, power, audio access, and available venue internet are reviewed. If an on-site walkthrough or Starlink option is needed, it is identified in the proposal.
The viewing link, camera position, microphones, connection strategy, and ceremony timing are confirmed.
Available connections and the production path are tested as close to real venue conditions as practical. The exact testing plan depends on venue access and service availability.
The ceremony is produced live for invited viewers, with an archive recording delivered when included in the scope.
Satellite-enabled streaming
Starlink makes it possible to build a private wedding livestream around more locations—from rural properties and open-air venues to celebrations beyond conventional internet service.
Each connection is planned and tested for the venue, with dedicated satellite connectivity available as a premium add-on.
What the experience includes
The livestream uses one carefully framed camera feed throughout the ceremony. Other cameras may record additional angles for the edited films, but those angles are not switched into the live broadcast.
Microphones and available soundboard feeds help remote guests hear the vows, readings, and music.
Invited guests receive simple viewing instructions that can be shared before the ceremony.
Bring distant guests closer
Share your date, location, ceremony time, and what you know about the venue’s internet service. Evan will follow up within 24 hours.
